How long will it take to get my orders?

This depends on your location. Shipping takes 7-9 business days. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Why can't I find my order?

If you don't know your online order number, please contact our customer service for assistance. It's best to provide the email address or email address you used when placing your order so that customer service can quickly locate your order.

How do I return an item?

We have a streamlined return process. If you would like to return an item for any reason, we are happy to accept it within 15 days of receiving the final package of your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and tags attached.

When will I receive my credit card refund?

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed by us after approval. The time it takes for the refund to be posted to your original payment method will depend on your card issuer's processing times.
